WARRANTY

We, the manufacturer of Fury Trucks, hereby guarantee that all Fury Trucks sold on or after the date of this warranty will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or any damage caused by improper installation or maintenance or mishandling of the product.

To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must contact us in writing or by email with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may require the product to be returned to us for inspection before any warranty claim is processed.

We stand behind our product and are confident in its quality and durability. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and used Items without original packaging (Accessories, Clothing). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be communicated through email. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since a return is approved and the funds have not been returned, please contact us at furytrucks1@gmail.com

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
